Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store. All of our products are sold online only.

We accept all forms of payment-all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, paypal, stripe, etc. Some products offer pay later as a method of payment.

All payments are secure. We advise that you do not save any payment method when purchasing products.

How long does shipping take?

When ordering, please review shippers delivery times. Shipping will depend on the shipper and purchaser agreeing to that.

How can I track my order?

After making your purchase, you will get an email. This email will provide you with a tracking number that you can track with the specific carrier.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your product is returned and inspected, a refund can be granted. Please send email to masonmayoballer4life@gmail.com showing that product has been returned and not exchanged. A refund will be issued after confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days after confirmation to get refund. The timeframe your bank issues it back, it up to your bank.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your product. You must reach out to the shipper to get address to return product. If you have not heard from shipper once product is returned, please email us at masonmayoballer4life@gmail.com

Some shippers will allow your free returns. You must check with the shipper to get more information about returns and cost.
